After you've entered a map or activity, use Shift+Q to open the Setting menu and from the left menu select Game UI. The Leaderboard will show the record time and your lap times after you have reached the license level of Cadet. The Leaderboard has three settings:
- On: It will remain on and will cover the mini-map area
- On Activity: It will appear at the end of each lap and then disappear
- Off
