What if I don't understand the language in CADEsport?

NINE languages are supported in CADEsport! You can select your preferred language when you log in or go to the User Profile (top right corner of the Homepage/Activity Tiles). There are even Facebook groups for each language at CADEsport [language]. Languages supported are: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Danish, and Swedish.

I tried to sign up, but it says my email has already been used

Simply click the "forgot password" link and confirm your email, then check your emails for your new password.

Why is music control not working?

Check the following to ensure CADEsport Music Control is functioning properly: - Make sure you have the full web browser version (not an app) of the supported music streaming site open in either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on the same computer as CADEsport (the game). - Confirm that you are in a supported music streaming site. How do I get out of full screen?

If CADEsport is opened in full screen, click on the Exit Full Screen icon () in the bottom of the screen to toggle Full Screen off so you can minimize or resize your screen. If you are already in a map or activity in full screen, press the ESC key then click on the UI link in the upper right of the Activity Info & Controls screen and toggle off the Full Screen mode. You should then be able to minimize or resize the game.

How do I tell what CADE License I have and what does it mean?

Your CADE License is earned and maintained by participating in activities and progresses from Cade Cadet to Cade Rider to Cade Master and finally, Cade Pro. All riders will have a CADEsport License badge indicating their license level on the right shoulder of their avatar.
